It’s my favorite time of the year. Scarecrows, spiced cider, caramel apples, kettle corn and a nice glass of wine.. or two. That’s right- it’s that time already, Cedarburg’s 39th Annual Wine & Harvest Festival is coming up on September 17th & 18th in downtown Cedarburg.
