It’s my favorite time of the year. Spiced cider, caramel apples, kettle corn and a nice glass of wine.. or two. That’s right- it’s that time already, Cedarburg’s 39th Annual Wine & Harvest Festival is coming up on September 17th & 18th in downtown Cedarburg. There are fun things are just waiting to be discovered at Arts on the Avenue, with more than 250 along Washington Avenue. Drop in at both the Cedarburg Cultural Center for the Cedarburg Artists Guild’s annual Fall Show and visit the new Wisconsin Museum of Quilts and Fiber Arts for special events and activities. At the Cedar Creek Settlement, the Winery’s hysterical Grape Stomp is a daily crowd-pleaser, plus a Grape Spitting competition and families will delight in the enchanting Scarecrow Sculpture Garden.
