It’s hard to believe the holiday season is upon us. Our staff at DeRiah Boutique Salon is working hard styling everyone for their upcoming parties and events and we’re loving every minute of it. The holiday season also means it’s time for Cedarburg’s Festive Friday Eves. Each Friday, from November 22nd through December 20th, the shops of historic downtown Cedarburg stay open late for an evening of shopping and entertainment. We encourage you to check it out, especially on November 22nd for “Christmas in Ireland,” a night when Irish holiday traditions come to life. Evening events include… •Guitarist/ singer and Belfast, Northern Ireland native Ian Gould brings his wit and traditional Irish songs mixed with music from the Beatles to U2. •Dancers from the acclaimed Beglan Academy, led by former Riverdance lead and Irish native Sean Beglan will perform three sets. •Celtic Harpist Mary Ann Miller will also perform from 6-8 pm. •Irish food sampling as well as complimentary cider and cookies will be offered throughout the evening. •Sample Cedar Creek Winery’s award-winning wines and Olive ‘n Vinnies olive oil and balsamic sampling.
