Words cannot describe how truly grateful we are to have such a fantastic clientele! We thank each and every one of you for your support of local businesses like ours. However, due to the nature of our operations, we also ask for your patience as we are very short-staffed at the salon.
To help with scheduling, we will be enforcing the following policies, effective immediately, so we can continue to handle as many appointments as possible and keep them on time and reserved accordingly. We understand schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request you plan ahead when booking services.
Kindly Note the Following Updated Policies:
- A no-show will be charged 100% of that service on the day of the missed appointment.
- A rescheduled appointment within 12 hours of the original appointment time will be charged 50% of that service on the day of the missed appointment.
- There are no exchanges of appointments from person to person without calling at least 24 hours ahead to check availability. These exchanges are not guaranteed but will be considered.
- If you book services and come in during your appointment wishing to cancel part of them, you will be charged 50% of those canceled services.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of that service, including those left after hours on our answering machine.
- Our appointment reminder is sent out 36 hours in advance, there is no charge for a canceled service if done within 24 hours of receiving that message.
