We love having our new De Riah Mequon salon open. It’s a great location and allows us to serve more clients in the Northshore area. But I have to confess another reason I’m so in love with our awesome new locale…the nearby shopping. Having two locations has definitely expanded the circle of stores and boutiques I frequent and I feel I should share one of my favorite finds with you all. Picardy Shoe Parlour is definitely my favorite Milwaukee area shoe store. From Jimmy Choo to Kate Spade, Picardy carries an extensive collection of footwear, women’s apparel and boutique items. While I’m always tempted to shop for shoes and fun accessories online I’m always drawn back to Picardy. Their incredible customer service is standout and I honestly can’t imagine a more welcoming atmosphere. Maybe it’s because I feel a connection with other small businesses, or maybe it’s because I just love shoes, but either way I always find myself wanting to go back.
