The hosting of Summerfest always puts Milwaukee in the summer concert spotlight, but Cedarburg is proud to announce another great (and local) summer concert series. Hosted right down the street from De Riah Boutique & Salon’s downtown Cedarburg location, Cedar Creek park is the home of Summer Sounds’ weekly summer shows. Each week from June 17th-August 19th Cedar Creek park will transform into Ozaukee county’s finest stage for a diverse mix of friday night shows. From reggae to pop, polka to “gutsy funk,” Cedar Creek will provide a little taste of everything. Music begins at 7pm and the shows go on rain or shine, so grab your lawn chairs, some friends, a brew from Silver Creek Brewing Company (located adjacent to the park) and come out for some friday night fun. Food and beverages are also available in the park beginning each Friday at 6pm with all proceeds going directly towards the music.
