Welcome to January-the month of New Year’s resolutions. Everyone has their goals each year and while we may find it hard to accomplish exactly what we’re looking to do (lose that extra 10lbs, anyone?), we can certainly make small changes that put us on the right path towards living healthier lifestyles. My favorite small change suggestion of the new year? Cherry Marzipan Tea by Tea Forte.
